User Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: October 2026

At Aflovia, we respect your right to privacy and data sovereignty in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and TikTok Shop Open Platform Data Protection Guidelines.

You have the right to request full deletion of your Aflovia account, personal profile, authentication records, and any associated platform or TikTok Shop integration data at any time.

How to Request User Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@aflovia.com or our Data Protection Officer at dpo@aflovia.com from the email address associated with your Aflovia account.
  2. Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request
  3. Include your registered name, account role (Brand Merchant, Agency Admin, or Affiliate Creator), and registered email or TikTok Shop Seller/Creator handle so we can unequivocally verify your account.

Verification & 72-Hour SLA

To prevent unauthorized account deletions, our compliance team may contact you to verify account ownership. Once account ownership is confirmed, Aflovia will permanently purge your personal data, tokens, and active sessions from our primary transactional databases within 72 hours.

You will receive a confirmation receipt once the permanent deletion process has been finalized.

Disconnecting TikTok Shop & Social Authorization

If you wish to revoke Aflovia’s access to your TikTok Shop without deleting your entire platform account:

  • TikTok Shop Merchants: Log into your TikTok Shop Partner Center / Seller Center, navigate to App Management & Permissions, locate Aflovia, and select Revoke Access.
  • Creators: In your TikTok Mobile App, go to Settings & Privacy > Security & Permissions > Apps and Services, locate Aflovia, and tap Remove Access.

Statutory Retention Exceptions

Consistent with Thailand PDPA Section 33 and international legal standards, certain records cannot be immediately deleted upon request where retention is mandated by law. This includes:

  • Tax, withholding (Section 50 Tawi), VAT, and statutory accounting records required under Thai Revenue Department regulations (retained for 5 to 7 years).
  • Dispute, anti-fraud, and financial audit logs required for ongoing arbitration or regulatory investigations.

Any retained records are strictly segregated, encrypted, restricted to compliance officers, and barred from any operational processing.
